CSI Parish, Sharjah, Women’s Fellowship organizes ‘Payasam’ competition
The Women’s Fellowship of the CSI Parish, Sharjah organised a ‘Payasam’ Contest, which turned out as a nostalgic event with the enthusiastic participation of the parishioners and a variety of flavours. Rev. Sunil Raj Philip, the Vicar of the parish, inaugurated the ‘Payasam’ competition. Mrs Joyce Abraham, Mrs Ancy P. Koshy and Mrs Ida Sarah Mathew secured first, second and third positions respectively.
Mrs Mercy Mathew and Mrs Jinju Sunmesh were the judges for the competition, which was organized by the Women’s Fellowship.
Mrs Mini B. Thomas offered the opening prayer, and Mrs. Nivi Susan George, the President of the Women’s Fellowship, welcomed the gathering. Mrs Jancy Biju gave the vote of thanks to the contestants, judges, and audience.
The winners were presented with gift vouchers and certificates, and certificates were distributed to all participants as well.
സി.എസ്.ഐ. പാരിഷ്, ഷാർജ സ്ത്രീജനസഖ്യം പായസമത്സരം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു
ഷാർജ സി.എസ്.ഐ. പാരിഷിലെ സ്ത്രീജനസഖ്യം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച പായസമത്സരം ഇടവകാംഗങ്ങളുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം കൊണ്ടും രുചിക്കൂട്ടുകളുടെ വൈവിധ്യം കൊണ്ടും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായി. വ്യത്യസ്ത രുചികളിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ പായസങ്ങൾ ഗൃഹാതുരത്വത്തിന്റെ ഓർമ്മകളുണർത്തി. ഇടവകവികാരി റവ. സുനിൽ രാജ് ഫിലിപ്പ് പായസമത്സരം ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. അനേകംപേർ പങ്കെടുത്ത മത്സരത്തിൽ ശ്രീമതി ജോയ്‌സ് എബ്രഹാം, ശ്രീമതി ആൻസി പി. കോശി, ശ്രീമതി ഐഡ സാറ മാത്യു എന്നിവർ യഥാക്രമം ഒന്നും രണ്ടും മൂന്നും സ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ നേടി.
സ്ത്രീജനസഖ്യം നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയ മത്സരത്തിൽ ശ്രീമതി മേഴ്സി മാത്യു, ശ്രീമതി ജിഞ്ചു സുൻമേഷ് എന്നിവർ വിധികർത്താക്കളായിരുന്നു.
ശ്രീമതി മിനി ബി. തോമസിന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടെ ആരംഭിച്ച മത്സരത്തിൽ സ്ത്രീജനസഖ്യം പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീമതി നിവി സൂസൻ ജോർജ് സ്വാഗതം ആശംസിക്കുകയും ശ്രീമതി ജാൻസി ബിജു നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. വിജയികളായവർക്ക് ഗിഫ്റ് വൗച്ചറുകളും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും നൽകി. പങ്കെടുത്ത എല്ലാവർക്കും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
