Three young presbyters of CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese: Rev. Riju Mathew, missionary at Telangana Mission; Rev. Biju Kunjummen, vicar of CSI Parish, Abu Dhabi; and Rev. Abraham G. Sathyanathan, Missionary, Shalom Mission- gave meaningful sermons on the Words from the Cross during the Good Friday service held at CSI parish, Sharjah, from 8.30 am on 18.04.2025. Rev. Riju, the Chief Guest in Passion Week, delivered the Words from the Cross from first to fourth and the last when the fifth one was by Rev. Biju and the sixth was by Rev. Abraham.
Rev. Biju Kunjummen was officially welcomed by the CSI Parish, Sharjah, which was long overdue because of technical reasons. Mr. Liju Philip, the Church Secretary, gave the welcome speech, while Mr. Varghese P. Sam, the Vice-President, and Mrs. Susheela John, Church Committee member, handed over bouquets to Rev. Biju Kunjummen and Mrs. Jancy Kochamma respectively.
Traditional ‘Kanji and Payar’ were served after the worship service, prepared by the Youth Movement of CSI parish, Sharjah.
