CSI Parish, Sharjah, celebrated Girl Child Sunday on the 26th of November 2023 with the active participation and leadership of the girl children of the church. Miss Riya Elsa Anish gave a powerful sermon which talked about the Christian responsibility of safeguarding the future of girl children and committing themselves for a society that has gender equality. Girl children of the church read the bible portions, led intercessory prayers, collected offertory and presented a couple of group songs.
