The program began with an opening prayer by Miss Marlene Leya Ajish, setting a calm and reverent tone, followed by a warm welcome address from Ashlyn John, who made everyone feel at home. Soon after, the hall was filled with heartfelt worship, as Sreya, Aksa, Leah, Hanna, Ruth, and Anu led a powerful session of singing that lifted spirits and hearts alike.
Our Vicar, Rev. Sunil Raj Philip, delivered an inspiring Presidential Address, reminding everyone of the importance of growing in faith and spiritual maturity.
The highlight of the day was the main session titled “G.O.A.T.”, led by Rev. Ribin John. His creative and engaging approach captured everyone’s attention through interactive activities like “Know Your Superpower”, where teens worked in small groups to identify their God-given strengths and present them in fun, creative ways. The energy soared when Rev. Ribin performed a rap, accompanied by beatboxing from Anu Ann Gejo, filling the room with excitement and joy!
Through the story of Jesus feeding the five thousand, Rev. Ribin encouraged each group to step into the roles of different characters, a little boy, Philip, Andrew, the crowd, or even Jesus Himself, helping them see how God works through ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things.
By the end of the session, our teenagers learned a powerful truth: that we have only one true G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time), and that is our Lord Jesus Christ. Rebin Achen introduced a beautiful new interpretation of G.O.A.T.: Grow Our Agape Together—a powerful reminder of love and unity in faith.
Throughout the program, Miss Angela Ann Varghese served as our gracious and lively anchor, ensuring everything flowed smoothly and joyfully.
The meeting concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. Jenson Varghese, our Teen Coordinator, followed by prayer and benediction led by Rev. Sunil Raj Philip. A joyful group photograph captured the day’s warmth and unity, serving as a lasting reminder of the fellowship shared.
Finally, everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch lovingly prepared by the church committee, adding a special touch of togetherness to the day. We truly thank and praise God for this meaningful and Spirit-filled gathering that inspired and strengthened the hearts of our young people, helping them grow closer to Christ, the greatest of all time.
