ഷാർജ സി.എസ്.ഐ. പാരിഷ് അൽമായ ദിനം ആഘോഷിച്ചു
ഷാർജ സി.എസ്.ഐ. പാരിഷ് അൽമായ സംഘടന 2025 ഒക്ടോബർ 25 ഞായറാഴ്ച അൽമായ ദിനമായി ആഘോഷിച്ചു. ഇടവക വികാരി റവ. സുനിൽ രാജ് ഫിലിപ്പ് നേതൃത്വം നൽകി. മുഖ്യ അതിഥിയായി എത്തിയ അബുദാബി സി.എസ്.ഐ. ഇടവക വികാരി റവ. ബിജു കുഞ്ഞുമ്മൻ അൽമായ ദിന സന്ദേശം നൽകുകയും, വിശുദ്ധ സംസർഗ ശിശ്രൂഷയ്ക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തു. സംഘടന വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീ. ബിജു തോമസ് ഓവനാലിൽ സംഘടനയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തെ കുറിച്ച് വിവരിക്കുകയും നിലവിൽ പിന്തുണച്ച് വരുന്ന ഭിലായ് മിഷനെ കൂടാതെ മറ്റൊരു മിഷനെക്കൂടി പിന്തുണക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. സംഘടനയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ നടത്തിവരുന്ന മെഡിക്കൽ കൗണ്ടറിൽ സേവനം ചെയ്യുന്ന സഭയിലെ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രവര്ത്തകരെ സംഘടനയുടെ നന്ദി അറിയിച്ചു. ഇടവക ലൈബ്രറിക്ക് സംഘടന നേതൃത്വം നൽകിവരുന്നത് പ്രത്യേകമായി പരാമർശിച്ചു. ലൈബ്രറേറിയനായി ശ്രീ. സിജു തോമസ് സേവനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
സംഘടനയിൽ 40 വയസ്സിന് മുകളിൽ ഉളള 76 പേർ അംഗത്വം എടുത്ത് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ച് വരുന്നു.
ആരാധന മദ്ധ്യേ സംഘടനയുടെ പദ്ധതിയായ കനിവ് 2026 ഇരു വൈദികരും ചേര്ന്ന് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഈ വർഷം വൃക്ക രോഗികളെ പിന്തുണക്കുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
ശ്രീ. ജെൻസ് റ്റി ജോണിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ അൽമായ അംഗങ്ങൾ അൽമായ ദിന പ്രത്യേക ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചു.
ആരാധനക്ക് ശേഷം സഭാജനങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രഭാത ഭക്ഷണം നൽകുകയുണ്ടായി.
സെക്രട്ടറി ശ്രീ. അജീഷ് പി ചെറിയാൻ , ട്രഷറാർ ശ്രീ. ലിജോ മാത്യു, ജോ:സെക്രട്ടറി ശ്രീ. റെഞ്ചി തോമസ്, മറ്റ് കമ്മറ്റി അംഗങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവർ അൽമായ ദിന ആഘോഷങ്ങള്ക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകി.
The Almaya Fellowship (Laity Fellowship) of the CSI Parish, Sharjah, celebrated Almaya Sunday on 25th October, 2025. The event was led by the Parish Vicar, Rev. Sunil Raj Philip.
The chief guest for the occasion, Rev. Biju Kunjummen, Vicar of the Abu Dhabi CSI Parish, delivered the Almaya Sunday message and led the Holy Communion service.
* The organisation’s Vice President, Mr. Biju Thomas Ovanalil, elaborated on the organisation’s activities and announced their desire to support another mission in addition to the Bhilai Mission they currently back.
* The organisation expressed its gratitude to the health workers within the congregation who volunteer at the Medical Counter run under their leadership.
* Special mention was made of the organisation’s role in running the Parish Library, with Mr. Siju Thomas serving as the Librarian.
* The organisation currently has 76 active members who are 40 years of age and above.
During the worship service, the organisation’s project, ‘Kanivu 2026’, was inaugurated jointly by both Presbyters. This year, the project has decided to support kidney patients.
The laity members, under the leadership of Mr. Jens T. John, sang a special Laity Day song.
Following the service, breakfast was provided to the congregation.
The Laity Day celebrations were organised and led by Secretary Mr. Ajeesh P. Cheriyan, Treasurer Mr. Lijo Mathew, Joint Secretary Mr. Renchi Thomas, and other committee members.
